National origin is a protected class. USCIS last year engaged in blatant discrimination based on country of origin just to make sure Indians do not get the treatment they are entitled under the law.

For the year 2021-22, USCIS realized that there are over 60K additional greencards available. The law in this case is simple, these greencards should go to people in the queue, first come first serve. A lot of these people, rather all are Indian immigrants.

Realizing that these green cards will go to Indian immigrants, racists at USCIS decided to work against the law and solicited non-Indians to file for EB2/EB1 petitions and engaged in a massive social media campaign and other PR activities.

Clearly USCIS is infested with incompetent and racist people. Clearly Ur Jaddou has been an ineffective and useless leader for this organization and probably just as racist as their agents.

What we need to do is identify these racists, sue them and bring them to justice. Over next few days several law firms will be approached to consider litigation as we can get more information from this cancerous organization and possibly identify specific officials who might have secretly pushed for his illegal policy.
